How to delete your OnlyFans account, and how to leave software just as cleanly

You delete an OnlyFans account from the account section of your settings. Deletion is permanent: the account cannot be recovered and your content is removed. Save what you need, clear your balance and tell your fans before you start.

Before you delete

Work through this list first. None of it can be done afterwards.

• Save your content. Download or locate originals of everything you want to keep. Deletion removes your posts, media and messages from the platform.
• Save your records. Export or screenshot your statements and earnings history. You may need them for taxes, and the rules set how long to keep them. This is not tax advice. Check the current rules with your country's tax authority or an accountant.
• Note your fan relationships. If you plan to continue elsewhere, write down who your regular fans are and what they like, within the platform's rules and privacy law.
• Tell your fans. Post a goodbye or a pinned note saying where else they can follow you, if anywhere.
• Check your balance. Make sure pending earnings have cleared to your payout account, and read the Help Center on what happens to any balance left at deletion.

How to delete the account

At the time of writing, the steps are:

1. Log in on the website.
2. Open the menu and go to Settings, then Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
4. Complete the confirmation step and confirm.

You should receive a confirmation email. If the option is missing or fails, contact support through the Help Center.

What happens next

• No new subscribers. Once you start the process, nobody new can subscribe.
• Active subscriptions run out. Existing subscriptions do not renew. Fans keep access until their current period ends, and the account is removed after the last one expires.
• Payouts. Pending earnings are handled under the platform's normal payout rules. Check the Help Center for the current details before you delete.
• No undo. You cannot reactivate a deleted account. If you return later, you start a new one from scratch.

Your data and privacy

Platforms keep some data after an account closes, for legal and accounting reasons, for the period their privacy policy states. Read OnlyFans' privacy policy for the current details.

• If you live in the EU or the UK, data protection law gives you the right to request erasure of your personal data, and organisations generally have one month to respond.
• Elsewhere, check your local privacy law and the platform's privacy policy.
• Your profile may still appear in search engine results for a while. Search engines provide their own forms to request removal of outdated pages.
• Copies of your content shared outside the platform are not affected by deletion. If you find leaked content, use the platform's and the hosting site's copyright takedown processes.

If you are tired rather than finished, consider pausing: stop promotion, post a note that you are taking time off, and come back when you are ready. Deletion is the right choice when you are sure, and it is fine to be sure.

For agencies offboarding a creator

Do it in order: settle payouts and agreements, hand the creator their content and records, then revoke team access. In Inflowwww, remove employee access in Manage employees at /employees. Captured sessions live in service/sessions on your own server, with the SQLite database beside them, so cleaning up the creator's data is a job you do yourself rather than a ticket you file. Leaving Inflowwww itself works the same way: docker compose down, then delete the folder.
