Complaints policy

To complain about Inflowwww or this site, open an issue on GitHub. The complaints process is the issue tracker.

How to complain

  1. Open an issue on the repository.
  2. Say what is wrong and where: a page on this site, a file in the repository, or the app's behaviour.
  3. The maintainers answer in the issue, where you can follow it.

Infloww's policy promises an investigation "within seven (7) business days" (infloww.com/complaints-policy, page stamped Oct 10, 2026). Ours promises a thread, and a reply to legal notices within 7 days (see below). Everything else gets an answer when a maintainer gets to it.

Content on this site

If something here is wrong about Infloww or anyone else, or uses material it shouldn't, open an issue with the page and the line. We fix or remove it.

Legal and trademark notices: open an issue on the repository; we reply within 7 days. There is no private notice channel yet; issues are public and need a free GitHub account, and they open when the repository does. A legal-notice address will be added before the repository goes public.

Content in someone's install

The project hosts no app and no content. Each install runs on its operator's own server, so a complaint about what an install does goes to whoever runs it.

Keep secrets out

Anyone who can see the repository can read its issues. Don't post tokens, .env files, session files or personal data. Describe the problem without them; there is no private channel yet.
