Parody

A parody of “25 OnlyFans fitness content ideas” (infloww.com, published Sep 17, 2024; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice is meant; the jokes are about software, and they stay out of the steps. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.

Fitness pages work because the content is a routine: fans come back to see the next session, the next lift, the next result. Here are twenty-five ideas in four groups, enough to post daily for a month without repeating a format.

Warm-up content (1-5)

Warm-ups are short, easy to film, and useful to fans who actually train.

  1. Morning mobility. A five-minute routine, filmed in one take.
  2. Stretch-along. Real time, with a timer on screen, so fans can follow.
  3. Foam rolling. Show the spots and explain why.
  4. Activation drills. Glute bridges, band walks, shoulder circles, with form cues.
  5. Pre-workout ritual. Playlist, drink, outfit, the moment before the first set.

Weightlifting content (6-12)

  1. Form check. Film a lift from the side and narrate the cues.
  2. PR attempts. Build up across a week, then attempt the lift on camera.
  3. Leg day, full session. Edited to two minutes, with the full version as PPV.
  4. Upper body split. Same format, different day.
  5. Gym outfit of the day. A quick set before the session.
  6. "Train with me". A point-of-view clip of a full workout.
  7. Progress comparison. The same lift or pose, a month apart.

Lifting tip that applies to content too: progressive overload. Add one new format a week rather than five at once.

Cardio content (13-18)

  1. Run vlog. A morning route, with views and a time.
  2. HIIT circuit. Twenty minutes, filmed so fans can follow at home.
  3. Jump-rope challenge. Count reps; challenge fans to beat it.
  4. Cycling or spin. Indoor or outdoor, with a playlist.
  5. Dance cardio. A short choreography fans can learn.
  6. Swim session. If you have pool access, a summer favourite.

Workout lifestyle (19-25)

  1. Meal prep Sunday. What you eat in a week, with rough macros.
  2. Supplements and kit review. What you use, what you do not, and why.
  3. Rest day. Recovery, a walk, a bath, honest about the days off.
  4. Gym bag tour. Everything you carry.
  5. Q&A. Training questions answered on video.
  6. Weekly check-in. Weight, measurements or how you feel, only what you are comfortable sharing.
  7. Workout plan PPV. A four-week plan as a PDF or a video series.

Safety and honesty

  • Do not give medical advice. Say "this is what works for me" and suggest fans check with a professional before starting a new programme.
  • Do not overpromise results. "Lose 10 kg in a month" sets fans up to fail and invites complaints.
  • Film safely. No phone balanced on a bar, no max lifts without a spotter, no unsafe outdoor spots for a better angle.
  • Respect the gym. Many gyms have filming policies. Ask before you film, and keep other members out of shot.
  • Mind your recovery. A content schedule should not push you into training injured.

How to film fitness well

  • Tripod at hip height, side-on for most lifts. Front-on for squats and presses.
  • Shoot horizontal for full sessions, vertical for clips.
  • Natural light or a single bright light. Gym lighting is usually overhead and harsh; find the best spot and use it every time.
  • Mic the voiceover separately if you narrate, because gyms are loud.
  • Pull stills from 4K video so one session gives you photos and clips.

A week of fitness content

Deploying it yourself means installing it once on a server you rent; after that, everyone works in a browser.

After the one-time setup (docker network create n8n_default, the state files and an .env), this is the install. Docker Engine 25+ with Compose 2.20+.

docker compose up -d --build

Before chatters reach it from outside, read the security notes: today it belongs on a private network or a VPN, not on the open internet.

Using it on a live OnlyFans account may violate OnlyFans' Terms of Service; the risk sits with the creator's account. Read the disclaimer first.
