Parody
A parody of “Top tips for getting tips on OnlyFans” (infloww.com, published Jul 15, 2024; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice is meant; the jokes are about software, and they stay out of the steps. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.
Fans can tip on your profile, on posts, during live streams and in messages. Tips are rarely the biggest share of income, but they grow with good conversations and they cost nothing to offer. The creators who earn the most tips make tipping easy, give fans a reason, and thank every one.
Where fans can tip
- Profile: a general tip, often from fans who want to show support.
- Posts: a tip on a specific post the fan liked.
- Live streams: tips during a stream, often tied to goals or requests.
- Messages: tips in a conversation, as thanks or alongside a request.
OnlyFans caps single tips, and the cap can differ by fan account. Check the current limits in the help pages.
How to get more tips, without pressure
- Thank every tip personally, by name, soon after it arrives. Recognition is the strongest reason fans tip again.
- Give tips a purpose. A stream goal, a fan vote decided by tips, or a small thank-you for tippers.
- Mention tipping occasionally, not in every post. A light reminder works; constant asking wears fans out.
- Reply well. Fans tip in conversations that feel personal. Remember details and ask questions.
- Reward regulars. Early previews or a shout-out for top supporters (with their permission).
Never make fans feel they owe you a tip. Generosity is easier to earn than to demand.
Build a tip menu
A tip menu is a short list of small, specific things fans can tip for, pinned to your profile or sent on request.
- Keep it short: five to ten items.
- Make each item specific, with a clear price and what the fan gets.
- Separate tip-menu items from full custom requests, which deserve their own menu and minimums.
- State your limits plainly. Clear boundaries make fans more comfortable, not less.
- Review it monthly and drop items nobody chooses.
Tips in live streams
- Announce streams in advance, with a time and a theme.
- Set a visible goal and say what happens when it is reached.
- Thank tippers on stream as tips arrive.
- Follow up afterwards with a thank-you message to everyone who tipped.
Setting up and cashing out
Check your account settings to confirm tipping is enabled where you want it. Make sure your account is verified and your payout method and tax form are complete before you start streaming or promoting tips.
Tips go into your balance like other earnings. OnlyFans keeps 20% of each payment before VAT, per its terms at the time of writing; check the current figure in its Help Center. The rest becomes withdrawable after the normal holding period. Then you withdraw it with your usual payout method. Tips are taxable income, so set a share aside. This is not tax advice. Check the current rules with your country's tax authority or an accountant.
Track who tips
Knowing your regular tippers lets you thank them properly and spot when one goes quiet. OnlyFans' Statistics page lists tips by fan. If you run Inflowwww, the tips log is at /analytics/message-dashboard, fan-level spending is at /analytics/fan-reports, and each fan's insights sit beside the conversation in Messages Pro (/messages-pro). Thank-you messages you send often can be saved in Scripts (/growth/scripts).
The pitch. Tips are easier to thank when you can see them: in Inflowwww, every tip lands in the Message dashboard, on your own server. Deploy it yourself.
