The subscription is the floor, not the ceiling. Most creators who earn steadily stack several smaller income streams on top of it. Here are ten, with what each needs and where it can go wrong.
Direct requests: tips, customs and live
1. Tips and requests. Make tipping easy and specific. A pinned post with a short menu ("$10: a voice note thanking you by name; $25: pick next week's outfit") turns vague goodwill into clear choices. Keep the menu short, and only list what you are happy to deliver every time.
2. Live streaming. Lives create a reason to show up at a set time. Announce the slot two days ahead, open with a goal ("tip goal unlocks a Q&A at the end"), and keep the first ten minutes conversational. Save highlights as clips for later.
Formats that bring people back
3. Interactive challenges. A seven-day fitness challenge, a "fans pick the outfit every day" week, a scavenger hunt in your own feed. Challenges create a daily reason to check in.
4. Themed series. A recurring format with a name: a weekly cooking clip, a monthly cosplay, a Friday Q&A. Series are easier to plan, easier to promote and easier for fans to look forward to.
Products: merch and brand deals
5. Merchandise. Signed prints, stickers, calendars, apparel with your logo. Use a print-on-demand service so you hold no stock, and never ship from your home address. Use a fulfilment service or a PO box to protect your privacy.
6. Brand deals. Lingerie, fitness gear, lighting, skincare. Start with brands you already use and pitch with your numbers: subscriber count, average likes, and an example post. Disclose sponsored content as the platform and local advertising rules require.
Personal items and non-explicit content
7. Personal items. Worn clothing, props from a set, signed polaroids. Price by effort and uniqueness, ship through a service that hides your address, and check the platform's rules on what can be sold and how before you list anything.
8. Non-explicit teasing. Not everything has to be explicit to sell. Lingerie try-ons, cosplay, artistic sets and suggestive captions do well as PPV and as low-priced "entry" purchases for new subscribers.
Access and audio
9. Top-fan perks. Sell access that stays on OnlyFans: a top-supporter list that gets previews first, a monthly live just for them, a named thank-you. If you run a Discord, keep it free and safe-for-work, and never take payment or share content outside OnlyFans.
10. Audio. Voice notes, ASMR, bedtime stories, guided relaxation. Audio is cheap to make, private to produce and easy to personalise by name.
How to choose
Do not launch all ten. Pick by effort and fit:
| Stream | Effort | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Tip menu | Low | Everyone, from day one |
| Audio | Low | Creators who prefer not to show their face |
| Series | Medium | Creators with a clear niche |
| Live | Medium | Creators who enjoy real-time chat |
| Merch | Medium | Creators with a recognisable brand |
| Brand deals | High | Established accounts with steady numbers |
Add one new stream per month. After a month, check what it earned against the time it took, and keep it only if the ratio beats your average.
Track each new stream on OnlyFans' Statistics page for a month before you add another. If a team runs your page, Inflowwww's Message dashboard (/analytics/message-dashboard) logs PPV, tips and messages, with a customs tab, and Creator reports (/analytics/creator-reports) break revenue down per creator, from a SQLite database you own.
The pitch. Ten streams, tried one at a time, and none of them needs a CRM; agencies that want one can run Inflowwww at $0 per creator. Deploy it yourself.
