How to scale on mym: a five-step operating system with no operating fee

How agencies scale a creator on mym in five steps: finish the page, post daily, send tracked traffic, earn reach, sell in chat.

Parody

A parody of “How to scale on mym: the five-step agency operating system” (infloww.com, published Sep 1, 2026; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice is meant; the jokes are about software, and they stay out of the steps. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.

How do agencies scale a creator on mym? In five steps, in order: finish the page, post every day, send outside traffic, let the platform's own discovery add to it, then monetize through chat, Push messages and the paid catalog. Skipping a step is the usual reason a page stalls. One note up front: Inflowwww does not connect to mym, so this is a pure how-to.

Step 1: finish the page before any traffic arrives

Traffic sent to an empty or half-built page is wasted, and it leads agencies to conclude the platform does not convert.

  • Complete the bio, profile picture and cover. Make them match the creator's brand elsewhere.
  • Run one profile per language. Send English-speaking traffic to an English profile, French-speaking traffic to a French one.
  • Add the mym link to every link-in-bio page the creator already uses, with a label that says what the visitor will get.
  • Prepare scripts and a welcome message so every new subscriber hears something quickly.
  • Publish a backlog of posts first. Around twenty is a sensible minimum, so a visitor has something to judge.

Step 2: post every day

Free public posts feed the platform's discovery. The platform can only push what exists.

  • Set a daily target per creator, for example two to five public posts, and hold it.
  • Mix photos and videos. Check monthly which mix gets more engagement for each creator and adjust.
  • Batch a week at a time with one calendar and one approver, so busy days do not break the streak.

Step 3: send outside traffic, one tracked link per source

Outside traffic is what starts the engine. Rank sources by effort:

  1. Links the creator already owns: bios and link pages. Zero cost. Start here.
  2. Additional social accounts: the same short clips on several accounts, each with its own link. Read results per account. Follow each social platform's rules on accounts and automation.
  3. Paid ads: only once free sources work, and only where ad platform policy allows. Measure cost per subscriber, not cost per click.

Three rules for every source: its own tracked link, the link points at the creator profile and never a homepage, and the language matches the profile.

Step 4: let the platform add reach

On platforms with internal discovery, engagement from your traffic signals that a creator is worth showing to the platform's own users. That reach is earned, not bought.

  • Keep posting through the first weeks even if numbers are slow; discovery responds to consistency.
  • Note new subscribers that did not come through your tracked links. That gap is roughly what the platform is adding.
  • Ask the platform's agency team what promotion options exist and what they require. Get answers in writing.

Step 5: monetize through chat, Push and the catalog

  • Chat: reply to every new subscriber fast, ideally within minutes, and open the conversation yourself. That only works if someone is on shift, so plan coverage before scripts.
  • Push messages: send at least weekly, built as a teaser, an offer and a deadline. Segment into current subscribers, interested non-subscribers and former subscribers, each with its own goal: sell, convert, reactivate.
  • Catalog: upload on a steady cadence, mixing evergreen items with new drops.

When something underperforms, diagnose by pattern. Strong subscriptions with weak paid sales point at chat. Strong engagement with weak conversion points at the offer or price. Good posting and chat with flat growth points back to Step 3: traffic. Weak everything means consistency.

The pitch. Inflowwww does not support mym today; it covers OnlyFans, self-hosted and MIT-licensed. There is no mym client in the repo. Hiring: open a pull request. Deploy it yourself.

Get started with Inflowwww today

Deploying it yourself means installing it once on a server you rent; after that, everyone works in a browser.

After the one-time setup (docker network create n8n_default, the state files and an .env), this is the install. Docker Engine 25+ with Compose 2.20+.

docker compose up -d --build

Before chatters reach it from outside, read the security notes: today it belongs on a private network or a VPN, not on the open internet.

Using it on a live OnlyFans account may violate OnlyFans' Terms of Service; the risk sits with the creator's account. Read the disclaimer first.
