Parody
A parody of “How Infloww Vault Pro makes OnlyFans content management easy” (infloww.com, published Dec 19, 2024; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice is meant; the jokes are about software, and they stay out of the steps. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.
A vault only helps if the person chatting can find the right file in seconds. Vault Pro (Growth > Vault Pro) is the owner's screen for getting content in, labelling it and keeping it tidy, so the chat side stays fast.
1. Get content in, in one go
Open Vault Pro and check the model name in the header. It names whose vault you are about to upload into, so look before you drop anything.
You can import two ways:
- Drop files into the import card.
- Paste public Google Drive folder links, one per line.
Then pick a target folder, or "No folder, just the vault".
What to expect, honestly: OnlyFans has no "save to vault" call. For each new file, the relay attaches it to a far-future scheduled post, reads the vault id, and deletes the post. Nothing is published and no fan sees it. OnlyFans throttles writes, so new files go in at roughly three a minute, and large videos are re-encoded first. Files already in the vault skip all that, so a re-run finishes in seconds.
The import runs on the server, not in your tab. Close the laptop and it keeps going.
Practical tips:
- Start a 200-file import before lunch, not before a shift.
- Split by theme into separate Drive folders first; each becomes one import into one vault folder.
- Keep originals on your own storage. The vault is not your backup.
2. Label everything once
Open any item and fill in three fields:
- Tags, comma separated. Use a short fixed list your whole team knows.
- Description, the full detail a chatter needs: outfit, setting, length, anything the creator wants mentioned or avoided.
- Caption, one line you would actually send with it.
Ten minutes of labelling after each shoot saves hours of scrolling later. Agree on the tag list in writing; "beach" and "beach-day" are two different searches.
3. Sort into folders
Select media, then Put into folder, or create a new folder from the selection. Folders can be renamed, deleted and dragged into the order you want, so the folders chatters use most sit at the top.
A folder structure that works for most accounts:
- New this week
- Teasers (free)
- Paid sets, by theme
- Customs delivered
- Archive
Move items down the list as they age. A flat vault with 2,000 items is a search box; a sorted one is a menu.
4. Clean up duplicates
Re-uploaded copies pile up. Duplicate media finds them at a match strictness you choose and shows them for review. Nothing is removed until you confirm, and the screen says so for a reason: OnlyFans offers no undo. Keep the copy that has the labels.
Run it monthly, and always after a big import.
5. Find and send from the chat
In Messages Pro, chatters attach vault media from the composer, limited to the folders the owner grants them. Search is where your labels pay off: the tag, description and caption you wrote are what they will search for.
Before sending, check the fan insights rail for Recent PPV purchases so you do not offer something they already bought.
Next steps
- Install Inflowwww and capture one creator's session.
- Import one shoot into a "New this week" folder.
- Label it with tags, a description and a caption.
- Ask a chatter to find it from Messages Pro without help.
If they can, your vault is ready for the rest of the roster. Adding the next creator costs nothing extra.
The pitch. Vault Pro lives at
/growth/vault-proon your own server, for every creator you add. Deploy it yourself.
