Straight advice

Written in reply to “How to become an OnlyFans manager” (infloww.com, published Jul 18, 2024; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice here is sincere; any joke is in the closing box. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.

An OnlyFans manager runs the business side of a creator's account: messages, promotion, scheduling and reporting, in exchange for a share of earnings or a fixed fee. No qualification is required, so what separates good managers is preparation, how they find creators, and the contract they put in place.

What the job really is

Most of the work is unglamorous and repeatable:

  • Answering fans and selling paid messages, often across shifts.
  • Planning the posting calendar and keeping it consistent.
  • Promoting the account on social platforms.
  • Sending the creator clear numbers every week.
  • Handling the admin: team access and shift handovers. The creator keeps their own login and two-factor codes.

Decide which of these you offer as your core package and which are extras. A short, clear menu is easier to sell than "full service".

Set up before your first client

Have these ready before you pitch anyone:

  1. A focus. One niche, language or region you understand well. Creators trust specialists.
  2. A one-page site. Who you work with, what you do, how you report, how to contact you.
  3. A contract template, reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction (more on that below).
  4. A tool setup. A shared inbox for your chatters, a place for reply scripts, a scheduler for posts, and reports per creator.
  5. A written process. How a new chatter is trained, what a shift handover looks like, what is never sent.

The tool setup is where costs usually creep in. Inflowwww covers it on one server you control: Messages Pro for the inbox, Growth > Scripts for saved replies, Auto Post and Auto Story for scheduling, and Analytics for reports.

Find creators by being useful first

Cold messages that say "I can grow your account" get ignored. What works better:

  • Show up in creator communities on Reddit and other forums, and answer questions well. Over a few months, people start asking you.
  • Make a specific offer. "I noticed your posts are irregular on weekends. I can cover Friday to Sunday chat and posting for a 30-day trial." Specific beats big.
  • Ask for referrals. A creator who is happy with your weekly report is your best salesperson.
  • Start with established accounts if you can. Creators who already earn often understand what a manager is worth and can afford one.

Never pressure anyone, and take no for an answer the first time. Your reputation in a small industry is the asset.

Put the contract in writing

This is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review your template before you use it. The clauses most management contracts need:

  • Term. Start date, length, and whether it renews.
  • Scope. Exactly which services are included, and the rate for anything extra.
  • Pay. A percentage (and of what: gross or net) or a fixed monthly fee, plus the payment date.
  • Late payment. What happens, and when you may pause work.
  • Confidentiality. Covering you and everyone you bring in.
  • Exit. Notice period, handover, and the day your access ends.
  • Content and accounts. That the creator keeps ownership of their content and their account.
  • Payouts and logins. Payout details stay in the creator's name and are never changed by the manager; the creator holds the email and two-factor codes.

Walk the creator through it line by line. A contract they understand is one they will honour.

Your first 30 days with a creator

  1. Week 1: agree targets, capture the account session with the creator present, set up chatters.
  2. Week 2: write the first scripts and the "never send" list together.
  3. Week 3: start segmented mass messages and a fixed posting schedule.
  4. Week 4: send a report with three numbers and one plan for next month.

Repeat the report every week after that. Creators renew with managers who make the numbers easy to see.

The pitch. A new manager's first 30 days go faster with one inbox and per-creator reports on a server you control. Deploy it yourself.

Deploying it yourself means installing it once on a server you rent; after that, everyone works in a browser.

After the one-time setup (docker network create n8n_default, the state files and an .env), this is the install. Docker Engine 25+ with Compose 2.20+.

docker compose up -d --build

Before chatters reach it from outside, read the security notes: today it belongs on a private network or a VPN, not on the open internet.

Using it on a live OnlyFans account may violate OnlyFans' Terms of Service; the risk sits with the creator's account. Read the disclaimer first.
