Parody
A parody of “How to create a social media presence for your OnlyFans agency” (infloww.com, published Oct 1, 2024; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice is meant; the jokes are about software, and they stay out of the steps. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.
Creators use social media to find fans. Agencies use it to find creators. That one difference changes which platforms you pick, what you post and how you measure success. Here is a plan you can start this week.
Pick platforms by where creators talk shop
You do not need every platform. You need the one or two where the creators you want to sign already discuss their work.
- X is where many creators talk openly about the business side. Good for tips, threads and quick conversations.
- Instagram works for a polished brand: carousels with advice, behind-the-scenes of how your team works, and Reels.
- TikTok has strict rules about adult-industry promotion. If you use it, keep it to general business and creator-economy content, and read its community guidelines first.
- Reddit creator communities are not a broadcast channel, but answering questions well there builds more trust than any post.
Every platform has its own rules about adult content and promotion. Read them before you post, and follow them. Losing an agency account costs you months of work.
Four content pillars
Rotate between these so your feed is useful, not just promotional:
- Teach. Practical tips creators can use without hiring you: posting cadence, pricing paid messages, how to write a welcome message.
- Show your process. How a shift handover works, what your weekly report looks like (with dummy numbers), how you onboard.
- Results, with consent. Before and after numbers for a creator who agreed to be featured, or anonymised if they prefer.
- People. Hiring posts, team introductions, what a chatter's day looks like.
A good ratio for a new agency is three teaching or process posts for every one about results.
A four-week starter calendar
| Week | Mon | Wed | Fri |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Tip thread | Process post: your onboarding steps | Q&A: answer one question from a creator |
| 2 | Tip thread | Sample weekly report (dummy data) | Team introduction |
| 3 | Tip thread | Results post (with consent) | Myth vs. fact about agencies |
| 4 | Tip thread | What a contract should include | Recap of the month's best tips |
Write the month in one sitting, schedule it, and spend the time you save on replies. Check each platform's own analytics after four weeks and drop the post type that did least.
Engagement is the actual work
Posting is half of it. The other half:
- Reply to every comment in the first hour, including the critical ones, calmly.
- Join conversations other creators start, with something useful to add. Do not pitch in replies.
- Answer DMs within a day. A creator asking a question is a lead.
- Collaborate with creators and industry voices you respect, on a thread or a live Q&A.
Post numbers you can defend
The quickest way to lose credibility is a number nobody can check. Before you post a result:
- Get the creator's written consent, and let them see the post first.
- Use real figures from your reports, with the time period stated.
- Say what you did, not just what happened: "moved posting to evenings and segmented mass messages" is more convincing than "+300%".
We hold ourselves to the same rule. Join everyone who ran docker compose up. We don't count.
Measure what matters
Followers are not the goal. Track these monthly instead:
- Inbound messages from creators.
- Discovery calls booked from social.
- Creators signed, and where they first found you.
When a creator signs, ask how they heard of you and write it down. After three months you will know which platform is worth your time.
The pitch. When you post real numbers, they have to come from somewhere. Inflowwww gives you Creator reports, Employee reports and Fan reports from a database on your own server, free under the MIT license. Deploy it yourself.
