Parody

A parody of “How to express gratitude to your fans for Thanksgiving” (infloww.com, published Nov 7, 2024; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice is meant; the jokes are about software, and they stay out of the steps. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.

Thanksgiving is the one week a year when thanking fans directly reads as sincere rather than salesy. Use it. A short, specific thank-you builds more loyalty than any discount. Here are five ways to say it, and how to keep each one genuine.

Personal thank-you messages

Make them individual. The fan should be able to tell the message was written for them.

  • Use their name or the nickname they go by.
  • Mention one specific thing: how long they have subscribed, a conversation you remember, a custom they requested.
  • Keep it to two or three sentences.

Example: "Sam, you've been here since March and you still ask about my dog every week. Thank you, genuinely. Have a lovely Thanksgiving."

Record a short video or voice note for your longest-standing or most supportive fans. Thirty seconds is plenty.

Time it right. Send the night before or the morning of Thanksgiving. Avoid the middle of the day, when many fans are with family.

If you manage several creators, start from a list: fans who have subscribed longest, plus fans with notes worth mentioning. If you run Inflowwww, the fan panel in Messages Pro keeps a nickname, notes and tags per fan, shared across the team, so the specific detail is there when you write.

Free and exclusive Thanksgiving content

  • A limited-time free post for all subscribers, up for 48 hours.
  • Behind the scenes of your year: the setups, the outtakes, the shoots that did not work.
  • A subscription discount for returning fans who lapsed, sent with a thank-you rather than a sales pitch.

Do not attach a PPV price to the thank-you message itself. A thank-you with a price tag stops being a thank-you.

A fan appreciation live

Plan it. Pick a time a day or two before or after the holiday, announce it a few days ahead, and decide on a rough running order.

Encourage interaction. Ask questions, run a quick poll, let fans pick a topic.

Give live shout-outs to long-time supporters, by nickname and only with their permission.

Share news. A teaser for December, a new series, a milestone.

Be yourself. This live is about connection, not production. A cup of tea and good light are enough.

Collaborative content

Run a content poll. "What should my December special be?" Three options, a few days to vote, and then deliver the winner. Fans who voted feel ownership, and you get a plan for next month.

Feature fan suggestions that you have received during the year (with no identifying details), and say thank you for them.

A fair Thanksgiving giveaway

Giveaways work when they are clear and honest.

  • Choose prizes you can deliver: a custom photo set, a personal voice note or a short custom video, delivered on the platform. If you want to send anything physical, check the platform's rules first and use a service that keeps both addresses private.
  • Set clear rules: who can enter, how (tip, like, comment), the deadline, and how the winner is picked.
  • Check the rules. Platforms and many jurisdictions have rules on contests and prize draws, especially where entry requires payment. Read the platform's terms and, if unsure, make entry free.
  • Announce the winners publicly, with their consent, by nickname.
  • Follow through within the time you promised.

Keep it sincere

  • Thank fans for specific things.
  • Keep sales separate from thanks.
  • Reply to everyone who replies to you, even with one line.
  • Write down what fans told you, so next year's message can be just as specific.

The pitch. A specific thank-you beats a generic one, and so does software you can inspect: Inflowwww is $0 per creator, MIT-licensed, and keeps its database on your own server. Deploy it yourself.

Deploying it yourself means installing it once on a server you rent; after that, everyone works in a browser.

After the one-time setup (docker network create n8n_default, the state files and an .env), this is the install. Docker Engine 25+ with Compose 2.20+.

docker compose up -d --build

Before chatters reach it from outside, read the security notes: today it belongs on a private network or a VPN, not on the open internet.

Using it on a live OnlyFans account may violate OnlyFans' Terms of Service; the risk sits with the creator's account. Read the disclaimer first.
