Best practices for onboarding creators to an OnlyFans CRM. Step zero is not a sales call.

A five-step onboarding checklist for agencies taking on a creator: paperwork, account access, team roles, workflow and reports.

Parody

A parody of “Best practices for onboarding creators to OnlyFans CRMs” (infloww.com, published Feb 20, 2025; their page stamped Oct 10, 2026). The advice is meant; the jokes are about software, and they stay out of the steps. Inflowwww is not affiliated with Infloww.

The first two weeks with a new creator decide whether the relationship runs on trust or on follow-up messages. Here is a five-step onboarding that removes most of the friction, written for agencies running Inflowwww on their own server.

1. Agree on the paperwork before anyone logs in

Do the boring part first. Before you touch the account, the creator should have a signed agreement that answers four questions in plain language:

  • What the agency will do (chatting, mass messages, scheduling, reporting) and what it will not do.
  • Who on your team will see their messages, their vault and their earnings.
  • How the split is calculated, when it is paid, and from which statement.
  • How either side ends the arrangement, and what happens to access and content on the last day.

Also walk them through Inflowwww's disclaimer: the project talks to OnlyFans' web API from their account. The creator owns the account, so they get to make that call with full information.

2. Link the account with the creator present

In Inflowwww an account is added by capturing a logged-in OnlyFans session with the browser extension in loginExtensionMulti/. Then it shows up under Creators > Manage creators (/creators).

Practical tips:

  • Book a 20-minute call for the capture. The creator logs in on their side, so you never hold their password in a chat log.
  • If OnlyFans asks for any verification step, the creator completes it themselves, as the platform intends.
  • If you route accounts through proxies, assign one under Creators > Custom proxy (/creators/proxy) before you start working the account, not after.
  • Write down the date of the capture. When a session expires, you will know who to call and how long it lasted.

3. Set up the team with the least access that works

Add people under Employees > Manage employees (/employees). Chatter-only sessions do not see owner pages such as Manage creators, Vault Pro or Tracking links, which is the right default: a chatter needs the inbox, not the payout picture. Chatters still attach media from the chat composer, limited to the vault folders you grant them.

A simple rule set that holds up:

  • One named person per creator is accountable for the account. Everyone else supports.
  • Chatters get chatter logins. Owner access stays with the people who handle payouts and creator setup.
  • Remove access on someone's last day, not at the end of the month.

Shifts need a plan too. Shift schedule ships in our NotBuiltYet edition: the page is real, the feature is not. Until someone builds it, a shared calendar with one row per creator per shift does the job.

4. Agree on one content pipeline

Content arriving through five different channels is how files get lost and how the wrong set gets sent to the wrong fan. Pick one route and write it down:

  • Where the creator drops new sets, and in which format.
  • A naming rule, for example 2026-10-12_set-name_photo-03.
  • Which items are for the feed, which are for paid messages, and which are off limits.
  • How long raw files are kept after they are uploaded, and who deletes them.

Once content is on the account, the team works from Growth > Vault Pro (/growth/vault-pro). Keep the "do not send" list somewhere every chatter reads before a shift.

5. Send a weekly report the creator can read in two minutes

Creators should never have to ask how their account is doing. Pick three to five numbers together, for example net earnings, new subscribers, renewals, paid message sales and tips, and send them every week on the same day.

Analytics > Creator reports (/analytics/creator-reports) is where the owner side pulls those figures from. Add one sentence of context per number ("renewals dipped because we skipped the Sunday mass message") and one plan for next week. That habit does more for retention than any dashboard.

The first-week checklist

  1. Agreement signed, disclaimer read.
  2. Session captured, proxy set, capture date logged.
  3. Team added with chatter or owner access.
  4. Content route and naming rule agreed.
  5. First weekly report scheduled.

The pitch. Inflowwww is free, MIT-licensed and runs on your own server, so adding a creator adds a row, not an invoice. Deploy it yourself.

Deploying it yourself means installing it once on a server you rent; after that, everyone works in a browser.

After the one-time setup (docker network create n8n_default, the state files and an .env), this is the install. Docker Engine 25+ with Compose 2.20+.

docker compose up -d --build

Before chatters reach it from outside, read the security notes: today it belongs on a private network or a VPN, not on the open internet.

Using it on a live OnlyFans account may violate OnlyFans' Terms of Service; the risk sits with the creator's account. Read the disclaimer first.
